
General info:
Participants may do the course in a group which adds a little camaraderie and competition, or you may choose to go at it on your own. Courses are all self-paced, however, we recommend that you are at a moderate fitness level to try a course. Most courses will take anywhere between 60 and 120 minutes depending on your fitness level.
Some courses are partner challenges where you complete the course with a buddy, others are dog friendly.
*Be prepared for all natural elements. We run courses all year so make sure to bring water, a hat, gloves, rain jacket, snow boots, etc. It is recommended that you bring gloves to all courses.

Courses rotate around the Denver Metro area. We will have at least 1 course a month in each of the following areas. Maps to course locations are provided on
